THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE RECEIPT OF GIFTS, GRANTS, BEQUESTS AND DEVICES, THE MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS, AND THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
